Rental Venue Rates

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ALL RENTALS:

All venue rates are from set up to break down. Renters pay for set up and break down time.

For events that go past midnight, there is an additional $100/hr fee for the hours past midnight.


Minimum rental rate is $450 during the following times:

Sunday and Monday all day

Tuesday through Saturday after 4:00pm


NONPROFIT DISCOUNT = 12% off

Main Event Hall


1,500 square feet. Capacity is 200 seated / 280 standing/dancing


  • Fees for events WITH NO food or drink and 100 people or less
    • $150/hr. with the following discounted rates for 6 hours or more:
    • 6 hrs. = $870 (this is $145/hr)
    • 7 hrs. = $980 (this is $140/hr)
    • 8 hrs. = $1,080 (this is $135/hr)
    • (additional $125/hr. for each hour over 8 hours)

  • Fees for events WITH food & drink and/or more than 100 people in attendance
    • $195/hr. with the following discounted rates for 6 hours or more:
    • 6 hrs. = $1,140 (this is $190/hr)
    • 7 hrs. = $1,295 (this is $185/hr)
    • 8 hrs. = $1,440 (this is $180/hr)
    • (additional $175/hr. for each hour over 8 hours)

Courtyard & Upper Patio


Capacity is approx. 50 seated / 100 standing

Upper Patio - approx. 435 sq. ft.

Courtyard - approx. 615 sq. ft.


  • Fees for events WITH NO food or drink and 100 people or less
    • $145/hr. with the following discounted rates for 6 hours or more:
    • 6 hrs. = $840 (this is $140/hr.)
    • 7 hrs. = $945 (this is $135/hr.)
    • 8 hrs. = $1,040 (this is $130/hr.)
    • (additional $125/hr. for each hour over 8 hours)

  • Fees for events WITH food & drink
    • $160/hr. with the following discounted rates for 6 hours or more:
    • 6 hrs. = $930 (this is $155/hr)
    • 7 hrs. = $1,050 (this is $150/hr)
    • 8 hrs. = $1,160 (this is $145/hr)
    • (additional $135/hr. for each hour over 8 hours)

CosmoArt Studio / Conference Room


440 square feet. Capacity is 50 seated / 80 standing

Upper Patio - approx. 435 sq. ft.

Courtyard - approx. 615 sq. ft.


  • $130 per hour for events with no food or drink.

  • $150 per hour for events with food and/or drink.

Combination Venue Rental Fees

  • Main Event Hall + Lounge
    • $200/hr. - No food and drink & less than 100 people
    • $235/hr. - With food and drink and/or more than 100 people

  • Main Event Hall + Lounge + Courtyard & Upper Patio
    • $325/hr. - No food and drink & less than 100 people
    • $385/hr. - With food and drink and/or more than 100 people

  • For whole property - Main Event Hall, Lounge, Courtyard & Upper Patio and CosmoArt Studio
    • $475/hr,- No food and drink & less than 100 people
    • $525/hr.- With food and drink and/or more than 100 people

Hourly Rates for Hired Staff, Use of House Sound System, or Bar

  • Use of Sea Of Glass staff is required with use of house equipment
    • Audio - $85/hr.- use of audio system plus 1 tech
    • Additional Audio Tech - $55/hr.
    • Lighting Tech - $30/hr
    • Door and/or Support Staff - $17/hr

  • Rates to have the beer & wine cash bar open (rates include bartender):
    • For 2 hours or less - $100
    • For 3 hours or more - $150 minimum vs. $30/hr., whichever is greater

Venue Cleaning - Requirements & Fees

  • If renter opts to clean venue, we provide check list and supplies to:
    • Put away tables and chairs
    • Remove all trash and recycling
    • Sweep & mop all floors, including bathroom
    • Clean counters, sinks and mirrors in bathrooms

  • If renter wants to pay us to clean the venue(s), here are fees:
    • $75 - Main Event Hall with no food or drink
    • $150 - Main Event Hall with food/drink
    • $55 for Courtyard and Upper Patio with no food/drink
    • $75 for Courtyard and Upper Patio with food/drink
    • $50 for CosmoArt Studio with no food/drink
    • $75 for CosmoArt Studio with food/drink

  • Cost for whole property cleaning:
    • To clean the whole property for an event with food and drink - Main Event Hall, Courtyard and Upper Patio with connecting Lounge, and CosmoArt Studio - the cleaning fee would be $300.

Refundable Damage Deposits

    • $500 if just renting the Main Event Hall
    • $750 if renting the Main Event Hall plus Courtyard & Upper Patio
    • $1,000 if renting whole property - Main Event Hall, Courtyard & Upper Patio and CosmoArt Studio
