The Sea Of Glass—Center For The Arts presents a local musicians showcase featuring Leigh Ann Lesho, Serena Gabriel, and Marcia Breitenbach!
Leigh Ann Lesho is a singer/songwriter who was formerly a collegiate and professional softball player, and says she was a "closet musician" during this 19 year period. Growing up in a musical family, Leigh Ann taught herself to play the guitar as a teenager, practicing and studying many different styles of music. In her final years at the University of Nebraska, she began to experience an intense spiritual awakening from her meditative practices, leading her to study Yoga Science. At 24 years old she retired from sports to fully immerse herself in yoga and music, and opened The Yoga Tree in 2011 in Tucson. Leigh Ann feels her role as a musician and a spiritual guide are one in the same, and encourages others to speak and sing from the heart. https://www.facebook.com/leeleelesho
Marcia Breitenbach co-creates music with Spirit, bringing messages about embracing life, love, joy, letting go, transformation, and living a simpler life. She realized as a former expressive arts psychotherapist that music has the amazing ability to create new pathways in the brain, assisting us in thinking and acting in ways that serve our highest good. Marcia loves sharing her inspiring music, transformative angel gong sessions, and creative tools for life using joy and humor. She is also Music Director for Unity Spiritual Center of Peace in Tucson. http://spiritedchangeaz.com/
Serena Gabriel is a visionary performance artist and therapist who utilizes the sacred technologies of music and dance to invoke inspiration, healing and love of life to those around
her. Sound and movement are not only an essential component to Serena’s work as a performer but also in her practice of traditional Chinese medicine, yoga and in her work with seniors and memory care. Serena’s innate musicality is expressed through the following instruments: didgeridoo, frame
drum, native flute, lyre, kalimba, singing bowls, voice, and more. Serena will take you on a journey around the world and ultimately into your heart. http://www.serenagabriel.com/
